Yoga and Pilates = Therapy
My workout routine consists of Yoga, cardio workouts and staying active over the years. My new routine, I’m calling it Therapy, Yoga and Pilates. I feel better and notice results after a few weeks of classes. Now if I can just get rid of my shopping therapy habit, I will be whole and complete ;-).
For those considering adding Yoga or Pilates to their workout regime, here are the differences between the two and benefits of each.

Morning the Loss of a Great Leader
Hearing the news of Nelson Mandela’s death has taken a toll on us all, sparking us to think about leadership, racism, and all the ills of the world this great leader fought against and stood against. Nelson Mandela was a Global Leader who represented South Africa as its president. He represented many people across the world and lead the world with dignity grace and the very essence of true leadership.
To all the peacekeepers and peacemakers, may we continue to represent people, peace, justice and nonviolence and in agreement with David Cameron’s message in his book of condolence for Nelson Mandela,
“‘Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called the Children of God.’”
